At A Glance Tab

Use the At A Glance tab to view booking statistics for your organization or facility. You can review data By Category, By Event Type, By Customer Type, By Reservation Source, By Room Type, or By Status.

By default, the tab opens to the current date and displays statistics By Status.

View booking statistics for a specific date

1. Open the At A Glance tab.

2. Select a Status and Building value.

3. Select a date to view booking statistics for that day.

   • Select Today to return to the current date.

   • Use the single-arrow buttons to move to the Previous Day or Next Day.

   • Use the double-arrow buttons to move to the Previous Week or Next Week.

   The tab displays the filtered results.
